Island House Beach Resort- Siesta Key Florida, Crescent Beach - This lovely villa is located on the widest part of Crescent Beach. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa features privacy for your stay with a large living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, all appliances, central ac/heat, screened lanai and covered parking. This villa is a short walk through the resort to the beautiful azure and turquoise waters of the Gulf to sit and enjoy the sun, sand and surf. The beautifully maintained complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, a large, heated swimming pool, game room and scenic beach front courtyard featuring shuffleboard, corn hole, seating areas and gas grills where the sunsets are fantastic!
Ride the Siesta Key Trolley to the Village to enjoy restaurants and shopping or take a quick walk south to more shopping and restaurants. Feeling adventurous? Myakka Park is close, rent a bicycle to explore the wonderful key, kayak/paddleboard in the mangroves and explore the newly opened Midnight Pass on the south side of Siesta!

This is the place to be. Very affordable. Staff is kind and courteous and always looking out for vacationers. Villas are great and very clean. What can you say about the Gulf of Mexico being right on the property. This is a great area and this is my number one choice to go. See you next year.

We have stayed at Island house for 2 years in a row. We stayed in the apartments last year, this year it was the Villa. Can't go wrong with either. The pool area is great, it is large and goes to 8 feet, my family really enjoyed it, along with the pool tables, air hockey table and ping pong. After staying here you won't want to stay anywhere else in Siesta Key Beach. There are many restaurants close to the area, our favorites are Capt Curts and The Broken Egg Cafe. See you next year!

Breath taking. The location was perfect. The house was has everything you need and the beds are soooo comfortable. The pool was clean and so was the house and the entire property. The beach is stunning. The staff were all so kind and polite. We are definitely going back!

Great stay at Island House. Villa 4 was perfect.. very clean, comfortable with lots of amenities
It was and always is, a great time.
The Villa was clean and very close to the ocean or the pool.
The Island House staff was absolutely wonderful. They were always asking “ let me know if you need anything “. My hat is off to all of them.
The maintenance gentleman was the same way, always willing to help.
