Island House Beach Resort, Siesta Key Florida- Crescent Beach - This large 2 bedrooms, 2 bath villa is non-carpeted and approx. 1000 sq. ft. It has a large living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, all appliances, screened lanai, covered parking, central ac/heat, free wi-fi in unit! The unit has a king size bed, 2 twins, sleeper sofa. The unit is just steps to the crystal blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This beautifully maintained complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, large heated swimming pool, game room and a scenic beachfront courtyard where you will experience the most amazing sunsets.

Marvelous place to stay. Very comfortable. Pool is amazing. Staff is wonderful. Beach is superb. Location, location, location. This specific unit has very good furniture but the window treatments desperately need a redo.

Everything about island house is beautiful! Villa, number 27 is very cozy but also would need a little renovating. It’s a little dated. Mattresses need to be changed water pressure in the kitchen needs to be fixed. Also, there was a lot of little ants in the whole Villa, fumigation would be nice. There was also termite droppings. Overall, our stay was a great experience. Will be back next year!

Guests to some extent felt entitled to beach lounges and chairs as their personal property and would leave for hours. Newcomers to the beach would have difficulty finding chairs or lounges. Drawback.

We enjoy staying at island house & have stayed several times. The property is beautiful and we love the landscape leading up to beach. Some villas are more updated than others. This one in particular could use an update. Stuck in 1980's. But we knew this when booking since it was last minute.

Our family entered Villa 27 and immediately felt welcomed by the cleanliness and the updated details. The Villa is a great location and loved its central feel.
