Island House Beach Resort - Siesta Key Florida - Crescent Beach - This large 2 bedrooms, 2 bath villa is approx. 1000 sq. ft. It has a large living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, all appliances, central ac/heat, covered parking, free wi-fi in unit!. It has a king size bed, 2 twins, sleeper sofa. It is jut steps to the crystal blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The beautifully maintained complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, large heated swimming pool, game room and a scenic beachfront courtyard where you will experience the most amazing sunsets. There are many shops, restaurants, golfing, fishing, boating, parasailing in the area. Busch Gardens/Disney are a short driving distance. We stayed in V26, it was very nice as described. We had an amazing family time. We would stay here again. We seen dolphins and Manatees right at the beach.
Improvements that could be made to the resort. Grills didn’t work very well, not all burns would lite, cooked uneven. The resort needs to visit that.
And wrist bands - one size fits all, are huge. Should order

We return once or twice a year to Island House Beach Resort on Siesta Key. Recently a new management company and/or property manager took over and we have been extremely pleased with the changes and upgrades that have been made. On our recent visit, we were pleased to find Villa 26 had all new kitchen appliances and a new comforter/pillow shams in the master bedroom. The new manager, Sonny, responds promptly and professionally to reservation requests, maintenance issues or other concerns. It is a pleasure working with him. I highly recommend staying at the Island Beach House Resort.

There were just a few maintenance things I felt could be addressed. The main bathroom toilet runs continuously unless the handle is jiggled. The handle itself is very loose and the toilet sits ****-eyed! I would assume sheets and pillow cases are washed between each visitor. There was blood on my bedspread, however. Sorta disgusting. Other than those things, our stay was great!

This villa was perfect for my son and his family. The décor and furniture were practical, but very lovely. Everything was kid-friendly and the kitchen was very well-equipped. We look forward to renting it again next year!
