Island House Beach Resort- Siesta Key Florida, Crescent Beach - This lovely villa is located on the widest part of Crescent Beach. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa features privacy for your stay with a large living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, all appliances, central ac/heat, screened lanai and covered parking. This villa is a short walk through the resort to the beautiful azure and turquoise waters of the Gulf to sit and enjoy the sun, sand and surf. The beautifully maintained complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, a large, heated swimming pool, game room and scenic beach front courtyard featuring shuffleboard, corn hole, seating areas and gas grills where the sunsets are fantastic!
Ride the Siesta Key Trolley to the Village to enjoy restaurants and shopping or take a quick walk south to more shopping and restaurants. Feeling adventurous? Myakka Park is close, rent a bicycle to explore the wonderful key, kayak/paddleboard in the mangroves and explore the newly opened Midnight Pass on the south side of Siesta!

The rental is pretty good. Of course the beach is spectacular., which we love. The porch area needs to cleaned, painted and fixed. Ceiling also needs to be repaired. Only three chairs on porch. Towel rack on porch rusted. Kitchen knives barely cut through anything. Instructions on how to use tv. Netflix, operation in general. Bedspread in master very very old. Faded and starting to wear thinn. Previously commented on these items.

We have been coming to Island House @ Siesta Key for about 15yrs. Prices have jumped quite a bit (much more than general inflation) and they are tacking on additional Credit Card processing fees. We rented Villa 24 and although it has a good location the Villa is very tired. Entrance door has chipped paint, dirty and I don't think its been painted in the last decade. Metal drying rack in the lanai was rusty and stained some of our white clothes. Patio furniture is also cheap, dirty and rusting and only 3 chairs. Comforter on master looks 15yrs old and not sure its ever been washed. The property mgt team should think about switching to standard white comforters that are washed after each visit (Pretty much every hotel and resorts are doing this now). The overall property is well maintained and the Office and Property mgt team are very friendly.

This is our 6th year staying at Island House Beach Resort, and our 5th year @ Villa 24. As previous years, we enjoyed a week of relaxation and fun. Villa and resort were clean and well maintained. Villa 24 has the perfect location, all amenities are close (beach, BBQ area, pool and gaming room) + resort is located close to restaurants and malls. Last but not least great customer service from the office staff, maintenance and security team. Looking forward for summer of 2024!

This condo has a beautiful kitchen and bathrooms! Has been nicely redone! Location to beach and pool is fantastic!
I would however note that it is advertised as sleeping 6, but even though there are two trundles to pull out, there is literally not enough floor space in the room to pull both out! Also they should replace all the bedspreads with newer and cleaner options.

The property is very well mantained.The unit has all you need. Distance to the beach is a short walk. Pool is also right there. The place is quiet at night.

Beds were so comfortable, home was clean and beautifully updated, beautiful beach location, pool was ideal. Will be back next winter! I’d come back for a girlfriend trip as we did, or as a family trip with my children.

Always look forward to coming to Island House and Siesta Key. Under new management now, but everything went smoothly. No issues. A little more expensive now, since we've been coming here for 12 years, but we'll keep trying to come. Overall nice to see our friends and family every year.
