About
Due to recent hurricanes Island House Beach Resort is undergoing remediation and renovations. We are working on updating our amenities, and private pool, and restoring our elevators in the mid-rise units. Apt. 11-S is located on the second floor and may be accessed via stairs. With only two apartments on each floor, this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom second-floor apartment with elevator puts you right on Crescent Beach during the day, with front-row seats to spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico each evening. A wall of sliding glass doors open the living room to a furnished screened lanai with sliding glass windows overlooking the beach and the Gulf. The large master bedroom has a king bed, HD TV, Blu-ray DVD -- plus 10 feet of closets! -- and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds, a large wall-mounted HD TV, DVD player, & double closet. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, including a 5-burner ceramic topped stove with convection/radiant oven -- and granite counters, toaster oven, Cuisinart food processor, dishwasher, disposal, blenders, plus wine glasses & service for sixteen. Free laundry facilities are adjacent to the kitchen. Covered parking. Great shops, restaurants, galleries, golfing, biking, hiking, tennis, fishing & other water sports are minutes away.

We have been staying at Island House for approximately 20 years. It’s our favorite place to stay. Would not rent anywhere else. The staff are awesome. Friendly, accommodating to any needs, always make you feel welcome.
We were in 11S this year and it was by far our favorite! You can tell by the personal touches that the owners take pride in their home.

We loved Island House 11S beach rental. Perfect location and space for our family. Family room was comfortable, especially the leather recliners. Patio was perfect for breakfast and lunch. We had an awesome vacation at Island House resort. The staff was very friendly and the views were just amazing. Our place was clean, with plenty of room. We loved being close to the beach, playing shuffleboard at the resort, and also close to many restaurants and shops. We would recommend to friends, and we'll definitely be back!

The view from the balcony is AMAZING! We had a great experience with our rental for the most part. Everything was clean and the rental is very spacious. The owner responded quickly with any questions we had. It was equipped with everything you’d need - toaster, toaster oven, coffee pot, filters, pots/pans, etc. We did have issues with some type of termites or small bugs while we were there. They were all over the kitchen counters and master bedroom and we had to throw away food that we had on the counter. I messaged the owner and they said they were going to have the exterminator out after we left. That should resolve the issue for future guests, but unfortunately we lost food and were grossed out about it. Overall it was a nice place to stay and right on the beach! About a 5 min drive to the village and there is a free trolly to get there. Fun trip overall, despite the cold front that came through the days we were there

As always, it was a great stay. We had not stayed in this particular condo before but chose it because the first week we worked remotely out of the condo and liked that it had a desk/office at the end of the kitchen. I think the owner should update the beds in the second room as they seem to be easily movable (bed seemed really light) when rolling over in bed. I love that there was a lot of games and beach items in the closet for our use.

Absolutely beautiful!! 11S is tastefully decorated, easy to access from the beach or pool, has all the amenities ever needed! Beautiful kitchen, 2 full baths with beautiful custom cabinets and access to washer/dryer and trash chute. Incredible views of the ocean....We can’t wait to return!!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Siesta Key. The condo was well equipped for cooking and the view was amazing. We loved sitting on our lanai with appetizers and drinks at night. We would go down to see the sunset on the beach. The condo was clean and had no problems during our stay.

Our stay was well above expectations. This was our first trip to Siesta Key and Island House Beach Resort. Everything was exactly as we expected due to pictures and webcams online. We were surprised with how friendly everyone was and felt like we were at home with our neighbors. Beach was amazing and views were spectacular!

We found 11S to be well equipped for our stay - new love seats in the living room were comfortable and attractive, TV was new and big, the patio space has exceptional views, the kithen was stocked with what we needed for cooking, the beds were comfortable, the grounds were well kept up, the grills were in good working order, and the beach is exceptional. We love the location so much, we don't do much else other than time on the beach, beach walks, and patio sitting. Other than groceries, Big Water Fish is our only stop - love the fresh fish we can cook for dinner.

Of all the properties weve stayed in over 26 years at Siesta Key, this was by far the most enjoyable location.
The furniture, kitchen supplies and beds were all above the norm as expected.
The property was so clean, and we appreciated how quiet the room is.

This was our first time at Island House and I will say it will not be our last. We had a fantastic time. 11 South was a great unit! It was well appointed and very well equipped. We really felt at home while staying there. The views were fantastic, the unit was very clean and the staff was very helpful. Scott and John answered all questions we had since we had never been to Siesta Key and recommended some great places to eat and visit. Thank you so much Island House. We will be back very soon and definitely will stay in 11S!

We booked relatively late for this unit and were pleased to get it. I'm sure rentals were down because of COVID-19. But, ever-the-less, we had a very pleasant experience. Great apartment, more than we expected, felt as if we were staying in someone's home. I would recommend it to anyone.

Lovely!! Only drawback was Roku setup for our signing in for Netflix. Binder with directions (nor Corby’s guidance!) didn’t help and we were unable to connect... Which was disappointing.
I left a note that disposal does not work... I had checked it before I attempted to put food in it would not turn on. We didn’t have to have it for our short stay.
