Island House Beach Resort - Siesta Key - Crescent Beach. This beautifully maintained complex is located on the widest part of one of the best beaches in Florida. This is a private beach. The condo offers beautiful views of palm trees, white sand and the turquoise water of the Gulf of Mexico from each of its bedrooms as well as the living room, dining room, lanai. Newly renovated throughout, its kitchen features granite counters, custom cabinets, all new appliances, and all the cookware and utensils you could possibly desire. Only steps from the beach, this very comfortable 2nd floor unit is 1300 square feet with two bedrooms, king and 2 twins ( with king conversion set), two baths, 3 tvs, 2 dvd/vcr players and a Blue tooth stereo music system. Free washer and dryer are in a room off the kitchen.

The views from 11N are beautiful! The beach setups are reasonable, but this apartment also had an umbrella and chairs also. Kid friendly resort, but still very comfortable for us retirees. Couldn't ask for a better resort experience in Siesta Key. There was plenty of beach space for everyone - not all packed in like some of the neighboring properties. We will definitely book at IH next time we're headed to Siesta Key!

When arriving, we just dump all of our things and head to the beach! At this particular visit, we noticed there is new management. Things seem a little cleaner and well-maintained. When we had a problem with sugar ants, maintenance took care of the problem right away. We already have our next trip booked!

Unit N11 was clean and the view and location were excellent however for the cost the unit needs serious updating. The old furniture, old kitchen appliances, and the brown paneling in the living room needs to be updated. Because of this and the large increase in rent for 2024 we have declined to renew..

Our condo was very comfortable,clean and had beautiful views of the nearby beach and gulf from all the windows. The kitchen was very well equipped. We dined on the Lanka enjoying the beautiful views and relaxed there on two very comfortable chaises. The sunsets are beautiful and the beach is spectacular. It was a great place for a relaxing vacation. There were many good restaurants nearby. We were also able to enjoy kayaking and visiting Sarasota's Ringling museum and Selby Gardens.
Enjoyed the stay. The area was great, food was great. The only disappointment was the water was not the pristine blue I was hoping for, I am sure because of the storm that been in the gulf earlier in the month. Looking forward to spending another vacation there and hoping the water is the blue I am looking to find.
