The Island House Beach Resort is the ideal location if you want to vacation in Siesta Key. The resort offers midrise beachfront condos and private single-story villas and the most extensive guest-only access to the beautiful Crescent Beach of any other resort. 

Each condo and villa are unique in its style and accessories while all offer a private piece of paradise. All accommodations have full kitchens with modern appliances and are tastefully furnished with your comfort in mind. 

Something unique to the Island House Beach Resort is that every condo has a beachfront view. With an unobstructed view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico, you can enjoy the gorgeous southwest Florida sunsets from the comfort of your condo. Condos have elevator access, and guests will find the beach just steps from their front door.

Looking for something with a bit more privacy? Our private villas are single-floor stand-alone structures. Although these units are not set directly on the beachfront, they are only a short walk away from the beach, the pool, and the rec room. Families and young adults love the proximity to the pool and game room and the separation from the other units.

Along with quick access to the beach, guests can access various resort amenities, including a heated swimming pool, a grilling area, a courtyard with tables, a shuffleboard court, a recreation room with games, laundry, guest wifi, and more.
