Island House Beach Resort - Siesta Key Florida, Crescent Beach - This large 2 bedrooms, 2 bath villa is appox. 1000 sq. ft. It has a large living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, all appliances, central ac/heat, covered parking, screened lanai, free wi-fi in unit! The unit is non-carpeted and has a king size bed, 2 twins, sleeper sofa. The villa has 3 tvs, dvd. It is just steps to the beautiful turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The beautifully maintained complex is located on the widest part of Crescent Beach. There are 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, large heated swimming pool, game room, shuffleboard and a scenic beach front courtyard where you will experience the most amazing sunsets. There are many shops, restaurants, golfing, boating, parasailing, tennis, galleries in the area. Busch Gardens, Disney are a short driving distance. Sonny, as well as the cleaning/maintenance staff were wonderful to us and easy to work.

this was out first visit to the Island house on Siesta key and we had a wonderful time. the Villa was close to the beach and close to the pool. Very quiet area. the villa was clean and had everything we needed. The management staff was very helpful and wounderful to work with. Would certainly return

My family tries to come for a week every year and the Island House never disappoints. The proximity to the beach is great, amazing water and sand, and the pool is great too. The specific unit we stayed in could update the main room matress but other than that it was perfect, comfortable and clean.

Great location V22 was perfect for us. Loved the grill area ease of going in/out of the property. Laundry facility was clean. The only thing to improve this unit would be beach chairs because the property does not let you take their beach chairs down close to the water. We enjoy sitting close to the water and soaking up the sun. They only allow you to go halfway down the beach with chairs.

The Island House was perfect for our family. The location was convenient to go to the beach and to tour the Village for shopping and eating out.
To pull up in your own Villa driveway right to the door to unload luggage and groceries was excellent. We highly recommend, Villa was clean, the size of the Villa was perfect for the 4 of us, very friendly Management and workers onsite. The Villa takes very good care of the exterior as well as the interior.
We will be back for sure, we truly enjoyed our vacation
