Island House Beach Resort - Siesta Key Florida, Crescent Beach - This large 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa is approx. 1000 sq. ft. It has a large living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, all appliances, 3 TVs, ( 2 flat screens), DVD, free wi-fi in unit, central a/c, covered parking. It has a king-size bed, full-size, twin, and sleeper sofa. It is just steppa to the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. All appliances, and furniture are updated on a continual basis. This beautifully maintained complex is located on the widest part of Crescent beach. The complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, a large heated swimming pool, a game room, and a scenic beachfront courtyard where you will experience the most amazing sunsets. There are many shops, restaurants, golfing, tennis, boating, parasailing, fishing, and galleries in the area. Busch Gardens and Disney are just a short driving distance. I love Island House; been coming for years. V19 is quite outdated & I believe it is for sale. No ceiling fans in any rooms & just did seem all that clean when we arrived. Once we cleaned & mopped the floors it was much better. The bed spreads & fixtures were outdated but functioned adequately. I reserve for 3 weeks but always have to change Villas as none available for three weeks then. For as many years as I have been coming back, I’ll be plaid I can stay in one unit for 3 weeks.

It was a fun little neighborhood and loved the beach access!! The house could have been cleaner and it would have been nice to be able to switch out linens but due to holiday it wasn’t offered during stay. There were little bugs in the bathrooms that need to be taken care of. And some kind of exercise room would be awesome to add for guest.

Beautiful and very comfortable large unit. Very close to the beach and also the city trolley. We stayed a family with 2 kids and loved the experience.
The place was clean but with a small trace of sand, but guess you get that when you love by the beach.

The Island House Villa was excellent choice for 2 couples - 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Everything was super clean and up to date. Easy walk to beautiful Siesta Key Beach. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay! Our rental was spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. Great access to the beautiful Siesta Key beach, and convenient walking access to nearby restaurants and stores. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and we made good use of ping-pong and billiards in the office area next to our unit. We were in unit 19, the only things we missed were (1) only two steak knives were provided, (2) the dishwasher did not clean dishes or silverware very well.

Location is perfect. Beautiful beach. Villa was perfect except my grandsons feet after walking barefoot in the house were BLACK. I think it had been swept but not mopped in a while. Otherwise it was perfect!!!
