Island House Beach Resort 3N

I love this place and the people. Our unit is amazing, and I love the new patio furniture. I’m also thrilled with the revamped second bedroom. We thoroughly enjoyed our entire stay. The staff and amenities are wonderful. This is a very family friendly place to stay with the most amazing section of Siesta Key beach!! My child will have beautiful memories to last a lifetime. We could not be happier! Absolutely recommend to anyone looking to vacation here!

Nice unit on Crescent Beach , 2 bedroom unit oceanfront!

We have stayed many times in various units for many years at Island House as far back as the 1990s.

This was our third time at this resort and each time we stayed in a different condo. The view of course was great and it was nice to have newer furniture. There were things we weren't happy about.
*The main thing is that we saw three cockroaches. The first time we saw one went to the office and they told me its not a cockroach its a palmetto bug and they come from outside. If you google palmetto bug its a cockroach just in a different form. So wasn't happy how the front office handled it. So then wasn't happy when we saw two more.
**The windows/screens on the lania were hard to move and the screens would pop out.
** The paint was peeling on the lania and just hanging off.
** The Patio door didn't lock
** There were no blinds on the patio the panels were missing.
** There wasn't a threshold on the floor between the hall and main bedroom.
** The toliet seat in the hall bathroom was smaller than the toliet.
** The vanity in the hall bathroom was really beat up.
** There was wires/cables hanging down behind the tv in the main bedroom

So, with all of this we would never stay here again.

I had a awesome apartment was perfect right on the beach ...i love how they updated the place and I highly recommend this apartment to anyone family or friends...can't wait for my 2024 vaction at the Island House we been coming to Siesta Key for 30yrs plus....

I loved the new furnishings this year! So glad the pocket doors in the bedrooms were replaced with real doors. The view is unbeatable, the furniture is comfortable, and rental is spacious with everything we needed for a perfect stay! Only small downside was the people in the villas were told they could use condo spots by the front office staff, this is what they said as they parked in my spot ? Hopefully this is resolved by next year. I understood some spots were taking by construction, but then those condos should be designated other spots; instead I was told parking was an issue and that I should just park elsewhere? If there is an issue, then it should be addressed before hand by staff not put on the renters.

Lovely weather for our 10 days vacation . We relaxed and enjoyed the beautiful beach and our friends !

First time in this unit and we loved our experience. Spent two weeks enjoying much needed rest sitting by the beach and listening to the waves. Overall fairly quiet and peaceful part of the Key. The unit was very clean and the furniture looked new. The view is absolutely stunning! The weather has been great and the people are so friendly. Highly recommend this place.

We loved our stay. The condo is in a fantastic location over looking the soft white sand beach. The staff is super helpful and very friendly! The place was clean; and we love the amenities like the pool, air hockey, ping pong and grill area!

It was wonderful and I wish we were still there. The apartment was clean and the view was beautiful. We will be back next year.

We visited Island House second week of March with our two toddlers. The resort was really clean. We could see people cleaning and maintaining the premises and the beach every day. The location is amazing, right on the beach, which was a huge plus for us. As per past reviews, it's true...the condo is not updated, it could definitely do with some renovation and updates. Specifically to the kitchen appliances and patio area. It would be wonderful if there was a newer working vacuum in the place too, especially if you're staying there longer and you have kids (just a suggestion for condo owners). That being said, the condo is spacious, bathrooms are great, there is everything you could want in the kitchen (appliance and dinnerware wise), there are washer/dryer units on every floor, the view is amazing! Overall, the pros outweighed the cons for us and we will be coming back next year! Thanks for a wonderful time Island House!

Amazing! So glad we chose this location and unit. Excellent customer service and the property was just as described. The unit was immaculate - super clean and well equipped. The panoramic ocean view was beautiful. Check in and check out was super easy. I highly recommend this property and unit. Will definitely rent this unit again. We spent most of our time in the unit enjoying the view and the sound of the ocean. We played the game Quelf that's in the hall closet. It added to our stay - We had a blast! Thanks Island House Beach Resort for making our girls trip a memorable one.
