Island House Beach Resort! Crescent Beach, Siesta Key Florida. This beautifully maintained complex is located on the widest part of one of the best beaches in Florida. This condos offers a view of the palm trees, white sand and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The view is picturesque and the sunsets spectacular. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath apt. is on the 3rd floor, non-carpeted and 1300 sq. ft. It has a large living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen (all new appliances) King, 2 twins, sleeper sofa. It has 2 porches. Free Wi-Fi in unit! Free Long distance, Canada included. The complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, courtyard with shuffleboard. There is a large heated pool as well as a recreation room with pool, ping pong, air hockey. There are many shops, restaurants, and things to do in the area!

New windows and blinds and up to date furniture! You can tell the owners give their personal touch to their place. The view of the beach is beautiful.

Excellent stay in a roomy and comfortable condo. The condo met all our expectations and more! Excellent location, right on the beach with a nice pool. Location is very close to restaurants and shops. We had a car but walked to many places and could have taken the trolley. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We are very happy that we chose this condo and the property, and we had a great time!

This was our second time staying at Island House Beach Resort and at this unit in particular. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and provided awesome views of the Gulf and the beach. Unfortunately, our trip was cut short due to Hurricane Ian. The property management company was great to work with, and we cannot wait to return - hopefully for a full trip next time!

This a great condo, whoever owns it does an excellent job keeping it clean and well maintained. The only critique i would issue is that the owner should exterminate. I had these little small things smaller than an ant crawling all over the kitchen.i had to buy spray out of pocket.

Our family has been visiting for over 23 years and we look forward to this trip all year. The only thing better then the beautiful white powder beaches are the clear warm waters and beautiful sunsets. Our apartment had everything we needed to cook family meals together. All appliances are no and the apartment is nicely decorated. We are counting down the days until we return to the white sandy beaches of Siesta Key.

The apartment was so nice. Loved the decor. Very tastefully decorated.. and the master bedroom king bed was extremely comfortable which is always a main concern.
A major fallback of the complex is that they provide no luggage carrier or way to get our belongings to the apartment which was on the third floor. This was a major problem for us. We are senior citizens and didn’t expect this obstacle. It will prevent us from staying here again.

As always, we were very satisfied with our stay at Island House. This was our first time staying in this unit, but it was very well kept & we couldn’t have asked for a better time.
